Meet the Leadership
Founder & CEO
Anish brings over three decades of business leadership experience, having served as CEO, CFO, and in several other senior leadership capacities, including running financial services businesses end-to-end. A Chartered Accountant, CFA, and CPA, he combines rigorous business experience with a sharp, practical understanding of technology — a rare combination that shapes how he leads and builds.
As Founder & CEO, Anish sets SuperEXP’s vision and strategy, championing an AI-first approach to everything the company builds. His command over business, technology, and finance has been instrumental in shaping this product philosophy, enabling SuperEXP to build smart, automated solutions that help enterprises operate with greater speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Prior to founding SuperEXP, Anish held senior leadership roles at large financial institutions, where he gained first-hand insight into the business and technological challenges enterprises face in managing business and finance at scale.
Co-Founder & Head – Client Delivery & Success
A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 16 years of experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory advisory across the BFSI sector and beyond. Govind brings deep hands-on expertise in GST implementation and compliance automation across enterprise ERP systems, along with extensive experience designing internal controls and SOPs for finance operations.
As Co-Founder, he leads Client Delivery & Success, ensuring clients across industries are onboarded smoothly and their compliance and finance processes are configured right from day one.
He previously served as Deputy Vice President – Accounts at SBI Funds Management Limited, and held senior audit roles at BSR & Co. LLP (KPMG) and BDO (Haribhakti & Co. LLP), working extensively with leading financial institutions across BFSI.
Co-Founder & Head – Technology
A technologist with a dual background in engineering and finance, Shaurya brings hands-on expertise in building software platforms, automation, and data-driven systems for finance and compliance operations. His combination of technical depth and financial fluency shapes how SuperEXP designs products that simplify complex regulatory workflows.
As Co-Founder, he leads Technology, building and running the platforms that power SuperEXP’s compliance and finance solutions – with a focus on automation, security, and scale, so every client’s systems work reliably from day one.
An entrepreneur at heart, Shaurya co-founded SuperEXP to turn the inefficiencies enterprises accept as given into smart, automated products. He holds dual degrees in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Finance from BITS Pilani.
